Benissa Coastal Route to Calpe Start point: Begin in Benissa’s old town, for example at the Plaza de la Iglesia (Parroquia Puríssima Xiqueta).

Route description: Ride out of Benissa towards the coast via the CV-745 road heading for Benissa Costa.
Follow the signs towards Baladrar and Cala Advocat.
Make a quick stop at one of the small coves (Cala Baladrar or Cala Advocat) for a swim or a photo.
Continue along Avenida la Marina this scenic road hugs the coastline, passing quiet urbanisations like Buenavista and La Fustera.
Take a break at Playa La Fustera there’s a nice beach bar named Mandala Beach.
Keep riding towards Calpe, with panoramic views of the iconic Peñón de Ifach ahead of you.
End your ride at Calpe’s lively seafront promenade either at Playa Arenal-Bol or the fishing port.

Ride out towards Senija via the CV-750 — a quiet country road
Pass through the charming village of Senija (a lovely spot for a coffee)
Continue on the CV-750 into the Jalón Valley, arriving in Xaló (also known as Jalón)
Ride through vineyards and almond groves — the scenery is classic rural Costa Blanca
In Xaló, stop at Bodega Xaló for a wine tasting or try a local sweet pastisset de moniato at a bakery
Return the same way, or turn it into a loop by riding back via Llíber — from Xaló, take the CV-748 through Llíber, then back to Benissa

End point: Back in Benissa old town
